Whiting Fillets with Noodle Salad

Ingredients
6 x 60g Whiting fillets 200g (7oz) Fresh egg noodles 2 x Green onions, sliced 1 x tbsp Salt reduced soy sauce 1 x tsp Sesame oil 1 ½ tbsp Peanut oil ¼ Cup oyster sauce Lime juice 1 tbsp Ginger Quarter 4 Cherry tomatoes Directions
In a large saucepan cook the egg noodles for 3 mins, drain and keep warm. Combine the onions and soy, sesame oil and peanut oil and toss through the warm noodles. Mix the oyster sauce and chopped ginger and brush over the fillets, cook for 1-2 mins each side under a grill. Serve the fish on the noodles with tomato quarters & a wedge of lime. Tips: Using the same idea, you could use up one of those tins of tuna or salmon that you have lying around in you pantry instead of the fish fillets, very quick and easy dish.
