If you are not satisfied with your new V-ZUG Laundry Appliance, you must email : service.au@vzug.com to begin the application process for the 90 day money back guarantee.
Please ensure to include a copy of your invoice, your name, address and best contact phone number.
The V-ZUG service team will review your application and advise if it is deemed successful or not. Please allow up to 48 hours after your initial email for the team to respond.
The claim must be made within 90 days of the product being installed at the nominated address.
