Tomato Soup

Ingredients
790g Tomatoes (your choice) 120ml Whipping cream 240ml Vegetable stock 15ml Honey Salt and pepper 5ml Worcestershire sauce 1 Medium onion, finely chopped 4 Garlic cloves, finely chopped 5ml Balsamic vinegar Directions
Finely chop garlic and onion and saute in a small frying pan, adding a splash of water to encourage sweating rather browning. Place tomatoes and all other ingredients in a large pan. Bring slowly to simmer for 25 minutes. Let cool slightly, and then with a immersion blender puree the whole mixture. Serves warm to hot with a splash of cream. Tips: Garnish with basil leaves.
