Thai Green Chicken Curry

Ingredients
2 x tbsp Thai green curry paste 1 x Onion, sliced 400g Chicken fillet, sliced 375ml Can coconut milk ½ Cup water 1 x tbsp Fish sauce 1 x Cup sliced beans 1 x Zucchini, chopped ¼ Cup peas Directions
Heat thai green curry paste in a pan on medium heat. Add onions cook for 1 minute, add chicken cook for further 2 minutes. Add the coconut milk, water and fish sauce. Add vegetables, bring to the boil, and simmer for 3 minutes. If desired, garnish with coriander and serve with rice. Tips: Make sure you don't over cook the vegetables they need to be slightly al denta. This means for them to still have a little crunch.
