Combine soy sauce, garlic and sambal oelek in a ceramic bowl. Add beef and stir to coat in marinade.
Heat a wok over high heat, add 2 tsp olive oil and swirl to coat.
Add onion to wok. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add asparagus, broccolini and snow peas cook for 3 minutes or until tender (al dente) remove to a bowl and cover.
Wipe wok clean and heat over high heat, add 2 tsp oil and stir-fry beef for 2 mins.
Add all ingredients to wok for 1 minute and serve with rice.
