Soy and Sesame Salmon Fillets

Ingredients
1 x tbsp Olive oil 4 x 140g Salmon fillets ½ Cup soy sauce ¼ Cup water 3 x tbsp Brown sugar 2 x tbsp Sesame seeds 70g Mixed salad Directions
Heat a large non-stick fry pan over medium heat. Add the oil and salmon, skin side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes each side. Combine the soy sauce, water, sugar and sesame seeds in a small bowl. Add the soy mixture to the pan and simmer for a further 2 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the sauce has thickened. Stir in chickpeas and season with pepper, then cover and stand for 5 minutes. To serve, spoon the sauce over the salmon and serve with the salad greens.
