Remotely good.
Great TV, tedious remote control. Samsung needs to put out YouTube video of how to use the minimalist remote. Things like how do you get from channel 93 to 7 quickly? How do you rock back and forth between the two channels? How to stop the volume from surging unexpectedly ?

Bixby is a pest
Love the connectivity with wifi and the ease of application to switch from Netflix to AV for example BUT the voice control (Bixby) is a disaster. It turns on without prompting (audio from what is on the TV) and you need to pause the vision, wait for 10 seconds before proceeding. It a pain in the butt!

Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Can this model be wall mounted? We have a mounting bracket in n out wall with support rods adjustable to 40 cm apart. The bracket has a 36.3 kilo weight capacity. Li da · 2019-01-08

It has a VESA 200 x 200 mounting pattern on the back of the TV meaning that the holes are 200mm apart both horizontally and vertically.
