Salmon and Baby Beans and Lime and Pepper Butter

Ingredients
140g Baby green beans (not trimmed) 2 x 200g Salmon fillets, skin removed 3 x tbsp Lime juice 40g Butter 1 x Clove garlic, crushed 2 x Shallots (using the ends only), chopped ½ tsp Cracked black pepper Sea salt Directions
Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Line a bamboo steamer with baking paper and add the beans, then place the fish on top and sprinkle with 1 tbsp lime juice. Place the steamer over the boiling water and cook covered for 10 minutes. Add a pinch of pepper and salt. Cook the chopped shallots for 5 mins in garlic and butter. To serve, place on a plate the beans and fish and spoon over shallot butter sauce.
