Not happy!
I originally ordered a 40" TV which became unavailable as superseded. Next best offer in the TV/DVD combo was the Palsonic 48" which was offered to me at a good price. This TV had faults and after struggling to find a replacement as this has also been superseded, AppliancesOnline sent the replacement which at first I thought was fine. I now find it has the same faults as the one it replaced, i.e; picture/sound lag and pixellation at odd moments. So I seem to be stuck with a "lemon" which is probably why it has been superseded. Definitely not happy!!

I buy all my whitegoods and tvs from you now, and if you sold ipads and mobile phones I would buy them from you too :) Best prices in town, you can search the net all day and your prices are still the best. Customer phone service and your delivery service are both top notch, and all your staff, both on the phone, and the delivery guys are all very friendly and efficient. Excellent service from appliances online. Delivered on time and great communication re the delivery time. This is the second time I have purchased products from appliances online and I can't fault them. Matt in product support went over and above my expectations- my new tv didn't have enough ports for both my pay tv and dvd player and when I contacted the support team, Matt emailed me with advice and suggestions then went on ebay and found me the cable I needed. Try getting that service at one of the big retail stores. If you are thinking of buying an appliance and wonder if appliances online is as great as the customer reviews say- YES IT IS. Do yourself a favour and buy from this site, this is the only place I will be buying my appliances from in the future Julia, Burleigh Waters, Queensland
