I loved this machine and all its features. I did use it a lot!!! But it only lasted 4.5 years, which was extremely disappointing!!! I have replaced it with the same model, but this time purchased the extended (incl replacement) warranty. You need at least 5 years warranty on this machine!! Otherwise, great performance, quiet and wonderful features - once you explore all features in detail and really learn to use the machine to its full potential.

For 2 years or more I've used this machine most days for washing and drying and it performs exceptionally well every time. Wet items dry quick, providing you dont go over the line marked behind the door. Evaporated water from drying is condensed back into liquid and pumped out the wash cycle outlet hose. So it doesn't add moisture to the air and you don't need an air duct hanging out a window like my grandma's dryer. I Like the Allergy Care wash program because my skin is sensitive to detergents and everything feels clean and sanitized by the steam. When I'm pressed for time, the Time-Save function does the job and my clothes still come out spotless. And you can still use the steam and Rinse+ options with Time-Save enabled.
