Ingredients
500g Basil leaves 1 Litre good quality of virgin olive oil Container to seal Directions
Heat olive oil until it is warm to touch. Pour the olive oil into the container along with the basil leaves. Seal and leave the container for 3 weeks, decant. The oil can be used for pastas, soups and bruschetta.
