Banana & Berry Muffins

Ingredients
250g [9oz] 2 Cups plain flour 2 tsp Ground cinnamon 2 Ripe bananas, mashed 150g Fresh or frozen blueberries 3 tbsp Honey 3 tbsp Vegetable oil 1 Large egg 185 ml [¾ cup] Milk 2 tsp Baking powder Icing sugar and strawberries for garnish Directions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Sift the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt into a large bowl. Add the banana and blueberries, and using a fork, lightly toss the fruit through the flour. Whisk together the honey, vegetable oil, egg and milk in a small bowl, add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and lightly combine. Spoon the batter into a greased 8 hole muffin tin. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Slice the strawberries in halves and top with a sprinkling of icing sugar.
