Will you unbox the mattress for me?
Absolutely we will. We’ll even remove your old mattress totally free of charge and recycle it for you. It’s all part of the service, we’ll deliver, unbox, and install the mattress wherever you’d like it in your home - provided that we have reasonable access to the space.
What happens to my current mattress when you deliver my Stardream mattress?
That’s up to you. We can remove your old mattress free of charge and recycle it for you if you wish or we can simply move your current mattress to another room in your home, provided we have reasonable access to that room.
What if I damage my mattress during the sleep trial?
Don’t sweat it. We all spill things, and the beauty of a sleep trial is that you’re experiencing the Stardream in real life and not in a showroom. If your mattress is returned, we just ask that your mattress be in an acceptable hygienic condition for the sake of our delivery drivers. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to call us prior to pickup.
Do I have to pay anything if I decide to return the Stardream mattress?
Not at all. If you decide to return the mattress to us during your sleep trial, we’ll pick up your Stardream mattress for free and refund you your full invoiced amount through your original payment method, e.g. If you paid via credit card, we’ll refund your funds back to that card.
What happens to the Stardream mattress after I return it?
Returned mattresses are stripped down to their individual components and then recycled responsibly. This includes any mattress that we remove for you when we originally deliver the Stardream mattress to you. All returned mattresses are sent through to Soft Landing Mattress Recycling for responsible disposal and recycling.
How do I return my Stardream Mattress?
In the unlikely event you’re not in love with your Stardream mattress, you can organise to return it to us by calling or emailing us with your intent. From there, we’ll first organise a time to come and collect your mattress. Once we’ve received your mattress back, we will then issue a full refund back to you.
120 Night Sleep Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Your sleep trial begins from the date of delivery of your Stardream mattress. From that date you’ll have 120 nights to trial your mattress in full and get a feel for it. Should you wish to return your Stardream mattress, simply send us an email or give us a call and we’ll organise a time to come and pick up your Stardream. Once we’ve received your mattress, a full refund will be issued back to you via your initial payment method. As always, you’re always welcome to email us or call us if you have any questions or concerns. Please note, your 120 night sleep trial is only for the Stardream mattress. Any additional accessories purchased, a bed base for example, is not eligible as a part of the sleep trial.
