Lynne’s amazing kitchen makeover – before and after photos

Recently Lynne from Melbourne emailed us photos of her beautiful new kitchen renovation. All of the appliances were purchased from Appliances Online, and the cabinetry was custom-built by Briar Hill Cabinets.

To achieve this look, two walls were knocked out to create an open-plan kitchen. Bright and inviting, the rich red cabinetry really complements the stainless steel appliances, creating a kitchen that is modern and stylish without being cold or clinical.
When it’s dark and only the halogen lights (over the cooktop) are on, the whole kitchen takes on a romantic warm glow, perfect for enjoying a candlelit meal.
Lynne is understandably thrilled with the renovation, and now loves spending time cooking and entertaining friends in her gorgeous new kitchen.

“Having never had a dishwasher before, I was pleasantly surprised just how quiet the dishwasher is, you would never know it was on unless you knew. My glasses are sparkling and the pots that I always thought were clean now look as though they are new. I would rate the dishwasher 5/5.”

“I have used the oven once only to cook a pie and from frozen it took 20 minutes. The speed of the gas from my old model is 100%. I have used the grill part several times and found it equally as efficient. The oven is easy to keep clean looks absolutely fantastic in its new surroundings and I couldn’t be happier – I would also rate this appliance a 5/5.”

“Now I don’t need to use a gas gun to light my cooktop. Plus it’s super-fast, things cook quickly, it’s easy to clean & looks great – again I would rate it a 5/5.”

“I thought this would be noisier considering the decibels but I can still hear the T.V. when it’s on, it sucks all the steam away it looks absolutely fantastic in the kitchen and the added bonus is the lighting. You can drop the halogen lights down so that it runs at 5 kW. If you only ran this lighting you’d save a fortune. It looks fantastic in the new kitchen which I have now opened up into lounge as well.”

I bought the appliances at the end of January and appliancesonline kept these in storage until I was ready to do the renovation. When they it all arrived the invoice was dated the 3rd of May. I was totally rapt that my warranty was when it was delivered not when it was ordered.
I would like to thank everybody from apliancesonline who helped me from start to finish in making my job so much easier.
