You dont need to buy the top model to get a great washing machine.
We did not buy the most expensive model and did not need to. This washing machine is fantastic. Our first front load washer and we will never go back. It does everything better than the top loader. We highly recommend this washing machine

Simple to use
Bought a month or so ago. Has not let us down and is easy to use. Has a quick wash cycle when you want to wash a few items not heavily soiled. Happy with purchase at this time. Have not used "drying" cycle yet as no need to.

Great wash but doesn't dry
Bought this washer dryer for small appartment living......but deciphering manual on how to use is so difficult. The drying cycle is so long and even then items remain wet. We have now just resorted to using the wash cycle and hanging clothing to dry on drying rack. I would in future buy separate washer/ dryer

No business comes close to this sort of service
I just wanted to give you some positive feedback on your business. My husband ordered a washer/dryer combined online on the weekend and within 2 days we were given a reasonable time frame within which the delivery drivers would arrive (which they met) and within 10 minutes they had removed my old dryer and washing machine and installed my new one (as well as put it on a drum wash cycle for me).
