The Easy wash 9.5 kg has a stainless bowl and metal cabinet with a plastic lid and a quick guide selector program, who ever designed this washer needs to have a rethink about how it is and will be used by a real operator. The machine it's self is fine and robust but the programming is absolutely stupid, you can NOT stop a program mid cycle and return to it unless you have the machine turned on and lid up you cant turn the machine off and back to the program unless you restart the program from the beginning also you cant go back in the chosen programs to extend a cycle unless you stop and restart a new program. We have had this machine for 5yrs and have already replaced the stabiliser suspension rods hence this review, It also doesn't actually handle 9.5kg wet loads ether but close.

I have had this machine for close to 5 years. It drives me mad. I has had all of these issues since i first owned it. Iv had many issues. It will error off balance for several washes and when you readjust the items it just errors out again after 2 minutes. Really frustrating when you put washing on and go out but it errors out and doesn't finish the cycle. I have also had big problems with it saying the lid is not closed so it doesn't start the cycle but it is closed. and what time of machine has no delay timer.

When in spin mode it slaps the sides of the machine
